Web application and ERP development

Internal tools, portals and SaaS platforms that replace the spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected apps your business runs on today.

One system instead of ten spreadsheets

As businesses grow, operations spread across spreadsheets, shared drives, chat groups and single-purpose apps. Information gets copied between them, mistakes creep in, and nobody has a clear view of what's happening.

A custom web application or ERP brings sales, operations, inventory, staff and finance into one system with one source of truth, available in any browser.

What we build

  • Custom ERP systems connecting sales, purchasing, inventory, production, HR and accounts.
  • Project and workforce management, like the project management system and construction management software we have delivered.
  • Customer portals for orders, tickets, documents and invoices.
  • Staff portals, approval workflows and internal admin panels.
  • SaaS platforms with subscriptions, multi-tenant accounts and billing.
  • Analytics dashboards and automation that pull data from Google, advertising and other APIs.

Engineering and hosting

We build with React and Next.js on the front end and Python/Django, Node.js or PHP on the back end, with PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis. Everything is deployed on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or dedicated Linux servers with automated backups and monitoring.

Our team has built and operated hosting platforms, so performance, security and uptime are designed in from the start.

Questions

What's the difference between an ERP and a CRM?

A CRM manages customers and sales. An ERP runs the wider business: inventory, purchasing, production, staff and finance. Many clients start with one module and connect the rest over time.

Can it integrate with software we already use?

Usually, yes. We connect to accounting, payment, email, e-commerce and other systems through their APIs.

Is it cloud-based?

Yes. It runs in the browser from anywhere, hosted on the cloud provider of your choice or your own servers.

Who maintains it after launch?

We offer hosting, monitoring and maintenance plans, or we hand over the code and documentation to your team.
